I think you have to buy the ticket from the agent, Mundo Maya Travel located in the water taxi terminal at the Brown Sugar Market on North Front Street in Belize City.

There is a Fuente del Norte bus from Flores to SPS. If FdN has a website, maybe you can buy a ticket on-line. I’ve never investigated that.

I took the ‘Pride of Belize’ Ferry on Monday from Puerto Cortes to Belize City and found them really helpful. The journey took 4.5 hours and the first hour and a half was pretty bumpy, but the staff really looked after us. They gave out snacks, water and sea sickness tablets free of charge. I would recommend travelling with this little-known ferry company.

P.s. The journey cost Lempira1300 and the only other stop was at Dangriga.
