The Honduras people, need a visa to travel into Belize. I aprecciate any response.

    • belizebus Says:

According to the Belize Visa Requirements effective 11 August 2012, citizens of Honduras do not require a visa to visit Belize.

You can check for yourself on the Government of Belize website.

inform me what formalities are required and the cost of leaving belize for puerto cortez by ferry from placencia and how far ahead should 2 people book

    • belizebus Says:

You would probably be OK if you just showed up on the day of departure, but if you’re in Placencia for a while, buy the ticket one day in advance.

When leaving Belize, expect to pay the departure fee of BZ$30 plus the PACT fee of BZ$7.50. You can pay in BZ$ or US$.
